추석연휴기간 해외송금업무관련 유의사항 안내

2017년 10월 2일이 임시 공휴일로 지정되어 추석연휴 관련 법정공휴일이 10.2(월) - 10/9(월)로 변경됨에 따라 9월 29일 금요일 영업 종료후부터 10월9일 사이에 신청하시는 해외송금 관련 서비스는 연휴 직후 첫 영업일인 10월10일에 순차적으로 처리 될 예정입니다.
인터넷뱅킹/모바일뱅킹을 통한 외화송금 및 송금 자동이체 서비스와 관련하여 아래의 사항을 안내 드리오니 해당기간 송금관련 서비스 이용시 유의하여 주시고 , 가급적 해당기간 이전에 미리 해외송금을 처리 하실 수 있도록 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
▶ 휴일의 외화송금 신청건은 (영업시간외 신청건포함) 직후 첫 영업일에 처리 하는 원칙에 따라 아래와 같이 처리됩니다.

※ 2017.9.29 영업시간 종료이후 접수된 인터넷뱅킹을 통한 영업점앞 송금신청건도 2017.10.10 09:00이후 처리되므로 신청당일 해당 영업점앞 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

Due to the designation of October 2, 2017 as a temporary holiday, the Chusuk Holidays are changed to the period beginning on October 2, 2017 (Monday) and ending on October 9, 2017 (Monday). Thus the foreign remittance services requested from close of business on September 29, 2017 (Friday) to October 9, 2017(Monday) will be executed sequentially on October 10, 2017.
Foreign remittance using internet banking/mobile banking and automatic remittance service will be executed as follows. In order to expedite your remittance, please request the service before the period listed below.
▶ Foreign remittance request during holidays (including after business hours) is executed on the following business day.

※ Remittance request to a Branch through the Internet Banking, requested after the Bank's business hour on Sep 29, 2017, will be handled after Oct.10,2017 09:00 a.m., so please make sure to check with the branch on the date of request.
